Basketball Honors Sophomore Class at Final Home Games

The Kellogg Community College women's and men's basketball teams hosted Ancilla College in the Miller Gym on February 24. The Bruins honored the sophomore class of basketball players prior to each game.

Women's sophomores: Samantha Atkinson, Nia Baldwin, Dayshauna Crowley, Kaylee Glidden, Miriam Hibbard, Alyssa McCavit, Imani McCray

Final: MUAC | L, 65-42

Head Coach James Moore said, "Thank you to our seven sophomores for your contributions to the program. We wish you good luck as you continue your journey at or beyond KCC. Thank you Bruins fans - we will see you next fall. Go Bruins!"

Men's sophomore: Rylee Carter

Final: MUAC | W, 101-86

Head Coach Steve Proefrock said, "Great game, great energy as we came out following our game plan of inside out basketball and got the win. It was great to celebrate our lone sophomore Rylee Carter tonight as well. Onward and upward to the regional tournament next week."
