Volleyball Ends Season at Regionals

The Kellogg Community College volleyball team traveled to Grand Rapids Community College for the Region 12 Tournament from November 5-7 for post season play. The Bruins went 2-2 in the double elimination tournament. 

 

GAME 1 OPPONENT: Bay College

WINNER: Kellogg Community College, 3-2

 

GAME 2 OPPONENT: St. Clair County Community College

WINNER: St. Clair County Community College, 3-0

 

GAME 3 OPPONENT: Lakeland Community College

WINNER: Kellogg Community College, 3-0

 

GAME 4 OPPONENT: Edison State Community College

WINNER: Edison State Community College, 3-0

 

Head Coach Judy Mason said, "From the first serve of the season, reaching regionals is always the goal. When that moment finally arrives, emotions soar, energy peaks, and the determination to advance to the next day of competition becomes the focus. Throughout the entire run, every player contributed, on the court and from the bench, demonstrating the effort and growth that defined our season. We are thankful for the players' hard work and the coaches' time, dedication, and commitment, which made this a progressive and successful season for all."
